IZIUM
graphic format - short description:
IZIUM file format iz almost raw format developed for image
storing purposes.
The structure of IZIUM files is very simple:
Length of IZIUM header is always 18 bytes:
4-byte integer value (reserved nonsignificant constant, usually is equal
to zero)
4-byte integer = number of image rows (Y)
4-byte integer = number of image columns (X)
2-byte integer = bytes per pixel (usually 1, 2 or 4)
2-byte integer = smallest image value - may be different from real smallest
image DN - it's not significant
2-byte integer = greatest image value - may be different from real greatest
image DN - it's not significant

total = 18 bytes
Raw data stored as integer values in order of rows ( from 0 to
Y-1 ).
Within the row pixels stored in order of pixels ( from pixel = 0 to
X-1 ).
Total length of IZIUM files = 18 bytes(header) + bytes per pixel
* number of image rows*number of image columns
ATTENTION: bytes order in IZIUM
files is compatible with PC or DEC computers - "least-significant-byte-first"
