For 255 fields of the northern hemisphere with 1 ° х 1 ° areas with optical components of ICRF radio sourсes in their centres the catalog ХС1 of positions and proper motions was created. This catalogue contains 856421 stars and 255 ICRF radio sources and expands the HIPPARCOS/Tycho-2 system from 10 magnitude to fainter values up to nearly 21 magnitude.

The catalogue of positions and absolute proper motions ХРМ contains 313610083 stars and cover the whole sky without holes. Data of this catalogue define the quasi inertional coordinate system in the optical and near infrared wavelength ranges. Star positions of this catalogue are in the HCRF, but absolute proper motions are original and independent on ICRF data.
